Paula Karpowicz discusses weight loss and health treatment

Paula Karpowicz, a member of the group Topky, has revealed that she lost approximately 38 to 40 kilograms following significant health challenges. The singer addressed public speculation regarding her use of Ozempic, clarifying that the diabetes medication was prescribed to manage medical conditions rather than as a primary tool for weight loss.

Karpowicz explained that her transformation was driven by complex health issues, including insulin resistance, hormonal imbalances involving testosterone and cortisol, and thyroid problems. She emphasized that the medication was a means of medical necessity, stating, “I received it not to lose weight, but to save myself.”

The singer stressed that the results were achieved through a combination of medical treatment, regular physical activity—training three times a week with a coach—and dietary changes, such as removing dairy from her diet. She cautioned against the idea that medication alone produces instant results, describing the process as a significant amount of hard work.
