Paula MacSweeney Leaves Evening Slot at Ireland’s Today FM Ahead of Station Overhaul

Radio presenter Paula MacSweeney signed off her five‑year run on Today FM’s 7 pm‑10 pm evening show on Thursday, marking the final broadcast before a major schedule reshuffle at the Irish station. In her farewell she thanked listeners, saying, "Wrapping things up on this Thursday night, forever," and hinted at her next role.

MacSweeney will return later this summer to co‑host the mid‑morning slot with Dave Moore, while the duo Dave Duke and Fionnuala Corbett are set to take over the evening programme.

The move is part of a broader shake‑up at Today FM aimed at refreshing its daytime line‑up.
