Pauli Junquera expands career into US comic market
Illustrator and comic artist Pauli Junquera is expanding his career into the American market as the lead artist for the miniseries ‘The Omega Book’. Written by James Patrick and published by Mad Cave Studios, the first two installments of the series have already been released in the United States.
Junquera’s professional background spans both the comic and video game industries. He previously worked as a concept artist for Scopely in Barcelona, contributing to major titles such as ‘Monopoly GO!’, ‘Stumble Guys’, and ‘Marvel Strike Force’. His comic work includes collaborations with writer José Luis Vidal on projects like ‘Nancy in Hell: One Shot’, ‘Nominados para morir’, and ‘Sombras de Aokigahara’.
Originally from Jerez, Junquera specialized in Illustration and Comic at the Escuela Superior Estación Diseño de Granada and began his career in the gaming sector with Genera Games in Seville in 2019.
