Paulina Rubio sued for $4,000 unpaid Coachella dress

Designer Michael Costello claims Mexican pop star Paulina Rubio has not paid the $4,000 fee for a custom silver‑crystal mini dress he created for her performance at the Coachella festival in April. Costello says the agreement also included complimentary festival tickets, which remain unpaid.

Costello described the collaboration as difficult, noting that Rubio was "very complicated, very difficult" and often delayed fittings. He posted his accusations on Instagram, emphasizing the unpaid invoice and the effort his team put into producing the garment. No payment or tickets have been received to date, and Costello has indicated he intends to pursue legal action to recover the sum.
