Paulo Dybala signs Roma contract extension with €2.2m salary and performance bonuses

Roma announced that Argentine forward Paulo Dybala has signed a contract extension running to June 2027. The deal guarantees him a net salary of €2.2 million per season.

The agreement includes a tiered bonus structure: for each start of at least 45 minutes he will receive €100,000 up to 20 appearances, rising to €150,000 from the 21st start. As a substitute playing at least 20 minutes, he will earn €75,000 per match up to 20 games, then €100,000 thereafter. Additional bonuses are tied to offensive output – every five combined goals and assists trigger a payout beginning at €100,000 and potentially reaching €1 million if he reaches 30 contributions. The contract also contains team‑performance incentives for winning trophies or qualifying for the Champions League.
