Paulo Miklos Cancels Extrema Motofest Show Due to Pneumonia

Brazilian singer Paulo Miklos, former member of the rock band Titãs, was hospitalized with pneumonia and had to cancel his scheduled performance at the 14th Extrema Motofest in Extrema, Minas Gerais. From his hospital room he posted a video apologising to fans, saying he expects to be back on his feet within 72 hours and hopes to return to the stage next year.

The festival organizers confirmed the medical recommendation, noted that Miklos is responding well to treatment, and announced that the event will continue with other acts, including a performance by Detonautas, while a new date for Miklos’s show will be set later.
