TV Globo and Globoplay announce new productions and record hits

TV Globo is preparing several new productions and updates for its programming lineup. The telenovela ‘Por Você’, starring Sheron Menezzes, is set to premiere on August 17 in the 7 PM slot. The plot follows Bela, a gynecologist whose life changes after a car accident leads her to care for the four children of her late friend. The launch includes a 20-chapter vertical series for social media and Globoplay.

Globoplay’s original series ‘Jogada de Risco’, created by and starring Cauã Reymond, has achieved record-breaking success, becoming the platform’s most-watched fiction production in its first seven days. Actress Bruna Griphao, who stars in the series, discussed the challenges of filming intimate scenes and her family's reaction to her character's provocative role.
