Pavana literary competition concludes with awards ceremony

The Pro Loco Pavana, with support from the Tuscany Region, concluded its 2026 literary competition titled ‘Tra i monti e le parole – Pavana, Sambuca e la montagna nel cuore’. The awards ceremony took place on August 22 in the main square of Pavana.

Rossella Catani secured second place with her story ‘Il mio paese’. Her work provides a sensory and nostalgic depiction of village life, referencing local landscapes, sounds, and notable community figures from her childhood.
