Pavel Nedvěd sells luxury Prague apartment for 42.6 million CZK
Former footballer Pavel Nedvěd has sold a luxury apartment in Prague's Malá Strana district, located near Charles Bridge, for 42,600,000 CZK. The property, which Nedvěd purchased in 2019 for 29,000,000 CZK, was sold to an entrepreneur in the metallurgical and steel industry.
The sale follows Nedvěd's recent marriage to singer Dara Rolins. The apartment had previously served as a residence for the couple and a temporary lodging space for friends and family.
The couple is currently residing in Tuchoměřice while their house in Šárka is under construction. They are also completing a luxury villa in Italy.
