Pavit Tangkamolprasert wins Yeangder TPC Championship

Thai golfer Pavit Tangkamolprasert secured a wire-to-wire victory at the Yeangder TPC Championship held at the Linkou International Golf & Country Club in Chinese Taipei. The win ends a seven-year drought for the 37-year-old, marking his first Asian Tour title since 2019.

Tangkamolprasert finished with a total of 25-under par after a final-round 6-under 66. The championship was decided on the final hole, where he sank a four-foot birdie putt to hold off defending champion Kazuki Higa of Japan, who also finished at 25-under. Tangkamolprasert's performance was notable for its consistency, recording only one bogey across 72 holes.

With this victory, Tangkamolprasert has moved to the top of the Asian Tour Order of Merit. Chinese-Taipei’s Chien-yao Hung finished in third place at 24-under, followed by Wei-hsuan Wang and Jazz Janewattananond in a tie for fourth.
