During the third casting episode of the singing competition SuperStar, judge Pavol Habera sparked significant controversy by using a Golden Ticket to grant contestant Ellen Pospíšilová direct passage to the TOP 50.

While the judging panel—consisting of Ewa Farna, Pavol Habera, Jakub Prachař, and Calin—had already given Pospíšilová a positive verdict, the use of the Golden Ticket bypassed the standard waiting period in the ‘golden room.’ This decision triggered intense backlash from viewers on social media, with many criticizing the quality of the performance and questioning the fairness of the judging process.

In response to the outcry, the show’s production addressed the discrepancy between the studio experience and the televised broadcast, stating that the audio quality heard by viewers on television differs significantly from what was heard in the studio.
