PAW Patrol: The Dino Movie set for August 2026 theatrical release

Paramount Animation and Spin Master Entertainment have announced the animated feature PAW Patrol: The Dino Movie, directed by Cal Brunker with a script co‑written by Brunker and Bob Barlen. Executive producer Ronnen Harary and producers Jennifer Dodge, Laura Clunie and Toni Stevens oversee a voice cast that includes Carter Young, Mckenna Grace, Terry Crews, Meredith MacNeill, Jennifer Hudson, Paris Hilton, Snoop Dogg and others. The film’s plot follows the PAW Patrol pups after a storm strings them onto an uncharted tropical island inhabited by dinosaurs. They befriend Rex, a stranded pup who knows the island’s fauna, while their arch‑rival Mayor Humdinger’s reckless mining triggers a dormant volcano to erupt, prompting a series of “dino‑sized” rescues. A new Backstreet Boys song, “Bottle Up,” serves as the movie’s theme. The film will open in cinemas on August 13‑14, 2026 in Mexico and Guatemala and on September 10–17 in Australia and the United Kingdom, with worldwide distribution by Paramount Pictures.
