Pawan Kalyan travels to Kerala for shoulder rehabilitation
Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan is traveling to Kerala for a 20-day Ayurvedic and naturopathy treatment program. The move follows recent surgery in Mumbai to address severe rotator cuff damage in his right shoulder.
Despite being advised to rest following his July surgery, the Deputy Chief Minister resumed official duties and political engagements shortly after. However, he reportedly developed a high fever and swelling in the operated area. Medical professionals have recommended specialized therapy in Kerala to aid rehabilitation and restore full function to the shoulder.
The injury is linked to long-standing issues dating back to 2016, which were reportedly aggravated by frequent physical interactions with supporters during political campaigns and public meetings.
