PAX Australia announces major playable game lineup

PAX Australia has announced a major lineup of playable game demos for its upcoming convention, held from October 9–12 at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre. The event is positioned as a significant pre-holiday showcase for major publishers.

SEGA and its subsidiary Creative Assembly will feature multiple titles, including Total War: Warhammer 40,000 and Alien: Isolation 2. Other SEGA-related playable titles include Stranger Than Heaven and Persona 4 Revival. Activision will also participate, offering hands-on access to the multiplayer mode of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 ahead of its October 23 release.

Additional highlights for the expo include gameplay demonstrations for the Nintendo Switch 2, a developer panel for Final Fantasy XIV, and various interactive experiences from exhibitors such as Aftershock and Mwave.
