PayPal and LianLian Global partner for cross-border payouts

LianLian Global has partnered with PayPal to enable direct wallet payouts for social commerce, marketplace, and e-commerce clients. This collaboration allows businesses to send funds to PayPal accounts in 96 markets and to Venmo accounts within the United States.

The new capabilities allow clients to initiate payments using only a recipient’s email address, mobile number, or Venmo handle. This system is designed to eliminate the need for traditional methods such as checks, postage, or the collection of routing and bank account numbers.

The partnership aims to support the global gig economy by providing fast, low-friction disbursements to creators, influencers, developers, and independent contractors.
