Paysandu signs defender Gustavo Henrique on loan

Paysandu has reached an agreement to sign 26-year-old defender Gustavo Henrique on loan from Portuguesa-SP for the remainder of the Série C season. Under the terms of the deal, Paysandu will assume full responsibility for the player's salary.

Henrique has already undergone medical examinations and has begun training with the squad in São Paulo to prepare for the upcoming match against Ituano. He becomes the third defender signed by the club during this transfer window, following the arrivals of Pedro Carrerette and Lucas Rodrigues. The defender, who has previous experience with clubs such as Atlético-MG and Bahia, joins the team as they compete for a position in the Série C quadrangular stage.
