PC Gold reports up to 99.4% gold extraction at Spring Hill Project

PC Gold has reported highly encouraging metallurgical testwork results for its Spring Hill Gold Project in the Northern Territory. Testing on six composite samples representing oxide, transitional, and fresh mineralisation domains showed gold extraction rates as high as 99.4%.

Key findings indicate that weathered material can be processed at a coarser grind size (P80 of 150 micrometres) while maintaining high extraction rates. Executive Chair Ashley Pattison stated that this suggests oxide material liberates at a substantially coarser size than previously expected, which could potentially lower power requirements, reduce processing costs, and support higher plant throughput.

Gravity gold recovery across all samples ranged from 33.1% to 48.9%, with leaching used to recover the remaining gold. The material also demonstrated low lime and cyanide consumption, a low abrasion index, and excellent rheological properties. The company is currently conducting a program to evaluate specific gravity measurements, with results expected to be incorporated into an updated Mineral Resource Estimate by mid-December 2026. The Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) is scheduled for delivery in mid-November 2026.
