PC Jeweller reports debt-free status and revenue growth
PC Jeweller Ltd has reportedly achieved debt-free status following the repayment of its outstanding bank borrowings. This move is intended to reduce financing costs and enhance financial flexibility.
The company also reported a consolidated revenue growth of approximately 28% year-on-year during the second quarter of FY27. Additionally, PC Jeweller has recovered roughly ₹142 crore in outstanding export receivables, which may strengthen its liquidity position.
Amid these developments, Aditya Kumar Halwasiya, associated with Cupid Ltd, reportedly acquired 5.10 crore shares of the jewellery retailer at ₹14.43 per share in a bulk deal valued at approximately ₹73.59 crore. While the transaction is significant in size, it does not currently indicate a specific strategic arrangement with the company.
