PC1 Group closes Ho Chi Minh City office after three months

PC1 Group Joint Stock Company has announced the closure of its representative office in Ho Chi Minh City, located at the Deutsches Haus building. The decision, signed by Chairwoman Trinh Khanh Linh, comes less than three months after the office was officially granted its registration certificate on May 18, 2026.

The company stated that the closure is part of an organizational restructuring intended to align with actual operational needs and the company’s current management direction. The Board of Directors has authorized the General Director to complete all necessary legal procedures regarding the termination of activities.

In related business developments, PC1 recently appointed Hoang Manh Vu as Deputy General Director. Despite a 31% year-on-year decrease in net revenue for Q2 2026, the company reported a 43% increase in after-tax profit due to significant cost reductions. For the first half of the year, PC1 recorded a total net revenue of over 4,200 billion VND and an after-tax profit of 505 billion VND, representing a 63% increase compared to the same period last year.
