PC1 Group announces dividend share issuance and divestment
PC1 Group has announced plans to issue approximately 61.7 million common shares to pay dividends for 2025. The issuance, representing a 15% ratio, is expected to take place in 2026 following regulatory approval. If successful, the company’s charter capital will increase from approximately 4,113 billion VND to nearly 4,730 billion VND.
In a separate strategic move, the Board of Directors, led by Chairwoman Trinh Khanh Linh, has approved the divestment of its entire 40% stake in Tan Thanh Joint Stock Company. The transfer of 1.2 million shares is expected to be completed during the third or fourth quarter of 2026. PC1 had originally invested in the stone and sand mining firm in 2025.
Financially, PC1 reported a 54.2% increase in after-tax profit to nearly 477.6 billion VND for the first half of 2026, despite a 12.3% decline in net revenue. This growth was largely attributed to revenue from residential real estate projects, such as the Thang Vang Tower.
