Brazil police arrest PCC leaders and members in multi-state operations

Brazilian law enforcement has conducted several major operations targeting organized crime and individual criminal activities. In 'Operação Equação Final,' a joint effort between Bahia and São Paulo police resulted in the arrest of 26 suspected members of the Primeiro Comando da Capital (PCC). The suspects are investigated for drug trafficking, homicide, extortion, and money laundering. The operation successfully identified organizational structures across multiple municipalities.

In a separate action, authorities arrested Gralber Compri, a high-ranking PCC leader and fugitive, in Guarujá. Compri was previously convicted of a money laundering scheme involving over R$ 74 million and had served time alongside major faction leader Marcola. Additionally, police in the Federal District dismantled a PCC cell known as 'Faculdade de Brasília,' which used a WhatsApp group of 80 members to coordinate activities.

Other notable arrests include influencer Gabriel Spalone in São Paulo, who is suspected of extorting business partners while falsely claiming PCC affiliation. In Brasília, Dimitri Godoy Hartt was arrested for allegedly using a fraudulent job offer for tantric massage to commit sexual violation through fraud.
