PCC criminal faction targets lawyer and public officials in Brazil
Lawyer Rafaell Câmara Roque, who was kidnapped and tortured by the Primeiro Comando da Capital (PCC) in Cubatão, has reported receiving a death threat via telephone. The kidnapping occurred after Roque filed a lawsuit against a company controlled by a criminal leader. In a separate operation, two individuals suspected of being members of the PCC were arrested in the interior of São Paulo. They are accused of spying on public authorities, specifically prosecutor Lincoln Gakiya and coordinator Roberto Medina, to facilitate assassination plots. Investigations revealed the group collected data on the routines of these officials and their families.
