PCDF seizes R$ 4 million in FARC-branded cocaine
The Civil Police of the Federal District (PCDF) intercepted a massive shipment of narcotics in Brazil, estimated to be worth R$ 4 million. During 'Operation Final Follow-up', authorities seized 160 kg of pure cocaine and approximately 15 kg of skunk in the Recanto das Emas region.
The cocaine featured the 'dolphin mark', a high-relief stamp used by the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) to denote purity levels exceeding 90%. This branding serves as a quality control measure for transnational organized crime as the product moves from Colombian tropical forests to major urban centers.
In addition to the drugs, police seized a shotgun with filed-off serial numbers, a large truck, and two support vehicles. The shipment was reportedly destined for a clandestine warehouse in Samambaia.
