Peach Blossoms launches new fine dining menu in Singapore

Peach Blossoms, located at the PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay in Singapore, has unveiled a new à la carte menu following a three-month kitchen renovation and interior refurbishment.

Executive Chef Edward Chong has designed the menu to honor Singaporean culinary heritage, drawing from Hakka, Teochew, Hokkien, Hainanese, and Cantonese traditions while incorporating Southeast Asian flavors. Signature dishes include a reimagined Hainanese chicken rice featuring six-hour marinated yellowtail snapper with caviar, and a Bak Kut Teh-inspired Buddha Jumps Over the Wall featuring premium seafood such as Jeju abalone and sea cucumber.

The restaurant's updated aesthetic blends traditional Chinese elements with modern luxury, featuring a new Chef’s Table and landscape-themed decor. Peach Blossoms has recently received several accolades, including being named a ‘One Diamond Restaurant’ in the 2026 Black Pearl Restaurant Guide and ranking 78th on the 2026 Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list.
