Peak Design launches City Line bag collection; INDEVA unveils ergonomic drum‑handling system

Peak Design, the San Francisco‑based gear maker, announced its new City Line bag collection on 8 August 2026. The six‑item line, aimed at urban commuters and travelers, features a minimalist design, recycled‑nylon fabric, magnetic closures, hidden AirTag pockets and the proprietary BagLev™ hook system for clean storage. Prices start at ¥14,300 and the range includes a 15‑L backpack, a 15‑L tote, a versatile sling and other sized bags designed for daily city use.

Industrial equipment supplier INDEVA introduced a drum‑handling solution on 6 August 2026. The system uses advanced balancing technology and ergonomic controls to lift, tilt and rotate standard metal or plastic drums with minimal operator effort. Customizable grips accommodate various drum sizes, aiming to meet stricter workplace‑safety regulations and reduce strain for plant workers.
