Pearl Abyss releases major updates for Black Desert Mobile and consoles

Pearl Abyss announced a substantial update for Black Desert Mobile that streamlines recurring activities and enhances treasure rewards. Seven activities – Murrowak Labyrinth, Mirage, Tower of Trials, Castle of Nightmares, Tax Wagon, Guild Elite Raid and Guild Rush – have been removed, with pending rewards redistributed and key materials reassigned to remaining content. PvP and competitive events have also been reorganised, with Black Sun and Night of Vengeful Souls now alternating on Fridays and Saturdays and weekly rewards doubled.

The same developer rolled out a free update for the console versions of Black Desert on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The patch introduces Agent, the 32nd playable class, featuring tactical firearms and a “Cursed Bullet” mechanic, and a new HyperBoost progression system that lets players rapidly raise attack and defense scores to access end‑game content without the usual time lag. The update is available to all players, including PlayStation Plus subscribers.
