Eredivisie to distribute 117.5 million euros in media rights
The Dutch Eredivisie is set to distribute 117.5 million euros in media rights from Disney and ESPN for the 2026/2027 season. The distribution follows a performance-based model where clubs earn points based on their final standings over the last ten seasons, with more recent results carrying greater weight.
PSV is slated to lead the ranking, receiving approximately 14.73 million euros. Feyenoord follows with 13.22 million euros, while Ajax is projected to receive 11.70 million euros, reflecting a decline in revenue compared to previous years. Other notable distributions include AZ receiving 10.19 million euros and FC Utrecht receiving 9.38 million euros.
In other football news, Ajax fans will have a limited presence at the upcoming Conference League play-off against FC Sion, with only 550 tickets available due to UEFA stadium regulations. Meanwhile, various amateur and second/third division matches across the Netherlands have concluded, including a 5-0 victory for Quick Boys and a hattrick by Daniël Hanzen for Jong Sparta.
