Pedro Abad unveils poster and book for 2026 festivals

The municipality of Pedro Abad has officially unveiled the poster and official book for its 2026 Feria y Fiestas, held in honor of the Santísimo Cristo de los Desamparados. The poster was created by local artist Juan Carlos Ramírez Chacón, known as ‘Signo’, under the theme ‘Una obra, una feria, un pueblo’. The artwork incorporates symbols of tradition, culture, and devotion, featuring female beauty and traditional flamenco attire alongside the local church and fireworks.

In addition to the poster, the town has introduced a redesigned official book. This publication aims to serve as a record of local memory by incorporating testimonies and interviews from residents across different generations, including children and the elderly, alongside traditional articles and previous pronouncements.
