Pedro Acosta targets growth ahead of Aragon Grand Prix

MotoGP rider Pedro Acosta is approaching the Aragon Grand Prix with a focus on long-term development. Acosta stated that his current performances with KTM serve as essential preparation for his upcoming test with Ducati in Valencia this November.

Acosta noted that while he aims to maximize his current equipment, he is not overly concerned with immediate results, viewing his current season as a period of mental and technical growth. He highlighted the importance of gaining experience in the premier class to ensure he is ready for his future transition to the Ducati factory team in 2027, where he will eventually partner with Marc Márquez.

Regarding the competition at Motorland Aragón, Acosta identified Marc Márquez as the primary rider to beat, noting Márquez's historical dominance at the circuit. He also acknowledged the competitive landscape, mentioning that podium prospects often depend on the performance levels of rival manufacturers like Aprilia and Ducati.
