Pedro Gomes opens public contest for 13 jobs, salaries up to R$4.8 k

The municipality of Pedro Gomes in Brazil has launched a public concurso offering 13 immediate positions and the creation of a reserve register. Vacancies cover internal audit, accounting, arts, physical education, elementary teaching, English teaching, construction and posture inspection, and tax inspection. Salaries range from R$2,186.36 to R$4,859.40 for weekly workloads of 20 to 40 hours.

Applications must be submitted online through the Fapec portal by 13 July 2026, with a fee of R$120 for higher‑level posts and R$100 for mid‑level posts. Candidates registered in the federal CadÚnico system or unemployed can request fee exemption. The contest, organized by the Fundação de Apoio à Pesquisa, Ensino e Cultura (Fapec), will hold objective exams on 2 and 9 August 2026, with test sites announced from 23 July. The hiring drive aims to strengthen the municipal workforce across several areas.
