Pedro Henrique eyes Brazil U20 call as Paysandu targets Série C access

Eighteen‑year‑old midfielder Pedro Henrique, a regular for Paysandu in Brazil's Série C, has been linked to a possible call‑up to the Brazil Under‑20 national team, though the Brazilian Football Confederation has not confirmed the selection. Henrique said he was "very happy" about the speculation and credited his preparation both on and off the field for earning the attention.

He stressed that his priority is the club’s fight for promotion, describing the upcoming match against Confiança as a decisive "final" and urging the team to secure enough points to reach the quadrangular that decides access to the higher division.
