Pedro Martínez inaugurates educational complex in Manoguayabo

The Pedro Martínez Educational and Sports Complex was inaugurated on October 1 in Manoguayabo. The project is a collaborative effort between the Dominican Republic's Ministry of Education and the Pedro Martínez Foundation, with support from the government led by Luis Abinader.

Driven by Hall of Fame baseball player Pedro Martínez and his wife Carolina, the facility includes a basic school, the José “Cheche” Abreu Vargas Polytechnic, technical workshops, and sports installations. The complex is designed to provide free services to more than 1,700 students, offering vocational training and athletic opportunities to the local community.
