Pedro Neto nears Al Hilal move as Chelsea sets valuation

Chelsea winger Pedro Neto is reportedly nearing a transfer to Saudi Pro League club Al Hilal after agreeing to personal terms. While Manchester City and Arsenal had previously shown interest, Chelsea’s high valuation—estimated between €60 million and £80 million—has reportedly hindered Premier League moves.

Al Hilal is viewed as the most likely destination, with negotiations currently focused on reaching a final agreement with Chelsea. The potential sale would allow Chelsea to recoup a significant portion of the funds spent when they signed the Portuguese international from Wolves.

Manchester City has also been linked to Neto as a potential replacement for Savinho, should the latter move to Tottenham. However, current reports suggest that the high asking price remains a primary obstacle for City's pursuit.
