Pedro Sánchez urges caution amid heavy rains in Catalonia and Valencia

Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez has called for extreme caution following intense rainfall and storms affecting several parts of the peninsula, specifically highlighting Catalonia and the Valencian Community.

Sánchez urged the population to follow all instructions from emergency services and official sources to avoid risky behavior or unnecessary travel during the adverse weather.

Additionally, the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge reported that Vice President Sara Aagesen has been in contact with the presidents of both Catalonia and the Valencian Community to coordinate monitoring and reinforce collaboration between the central government and regional administrations.
