During a live broadcast of the reality show ‘La Granja VIP’, presenter Pedro Sola sparked controversy by making comments regarding the sexual orientation of actor David Zepeda. The exchange occurred during a conversation with influencer Kunno, who stated that Zepeda was a significant figure in his own ‘gay awakening’.

Sola, who previously worked with Zepeda at TV Azteca, praised the actor’s professionalism but subsequently stated, ‘And he is also gay,’ adding that Zepeda had been involved with a journalist. Following the remark, the program’s production immediately cut the camera feed to avoid further broadcast of the comments.

The remarks resurface past discussions regarding Zepeda, including a 2015 incident involving the unauthorized distribution of private audiovisual material following an attempted extortion.
