Pegadaian Sedekah Hewani Eid al‑Adha Sulawesi‑Maluku corporate social responsibility

PT Pegadaian’s regional office covering Sulawesi Selatan, Sulawesi Barat and Maluku handed out animal charity (Sedekah Hewani) to local families in celebration of Iduladha 1447 Hijri. The distribution, led by regional head Pratikno, is part of the company’s Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan (TJSL) program and aims to support those facing economic difficulties, promote solidarity and reinforce the values of sacrifice and care during the holiday.

Pratikno said the occasion “mengajarkan nilai keikhlasan, pengorbanan, dan kepedulian terhadap sesama,” emphasizing that the aid is intended to bring happiness and blessings to recipients while strengthening community bonds.

The initiative reflects Pegadaian’s broader strategy of integrating social and environmental responsibility into its business activities, positioning the firm as a partner in local development beyond its financial services.
