Pekanbaru police search for missing 19-year-old woman

A 19-year-old woman, Tsabita Salsabila Bayandra, has been reported missing in Pekanbaru, Indonesia. The disappearance was noted after she left her home in the Tangkerang Utara area on the morning of Wednesday, August 12, 2026.

According to family members, Tsabita used an online transportation service to leave the house around 07:40 WIB. Communication with her ceased shortly after 08:00 WIB. Although she sent a brief message late that night stating she had gone out of town, her phone has remained unreachable since.

The family's last known location for her mobile device was detected in the Jalan Swakarya area of Pekanbaru. A formal missing person report was filed with the Senapelan Police on Thursday, August 13, 2026. The family is currently conducting independent searches and has appealed to the public for information.
