Pelindo Group companies expand operations and safety initiatives in Indonesia

PT IPC Terminal Petikemas (IPC TPK) conducted a ‘Fit to Drive’ program at the Marunda Container Truck Garage to support logistics safety in North Jakarta. The initiative provided free health checks and eyeglasses to 150 container truck drivers to mitigate vision-related risks and promote safer driving cultures in high-traffic areas.

Separately, PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk (IPCM) conducted management walkthroughs at Semayang Port in Balikpapan and Malundung Port in Tarakan. The inspections aimed to identify market development potential and ensure operational readiness for pilotage and towage services. These visits focused on assessing fleet readiness, personnel, safety standards, and service quality to support sustainable business growth in strategic maritime regions.
