Pelindo launches digital maritime platform and explores Johor Port partnership

PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero), known as Pelindo, has introduced ADHARA, a new digital platform designed to integrate various systems and services within Indonesia’s maritime and logistics ecosystem. Launched during an early adoption phase in Jakarta, the platform aims to connect existing digital systems used by different industry players to facilitate more integrated information exchange, transactions, and collaboration without replacing current individual systems.

In a separate regional development, Johor Port Berhad is exploring cooperation opportunities with Pelindo Regional 1 Belawan. The initiative seeks to strengthen maritime connectivity between Belawan in North Sumatra and Johor, Malaysia. This potential Belawan–Johor trade corridor aims to improve cargo movement efficiency, expand market access, and bolster regional supply chains under the framework of the Indonesia–Malaysia–Thailand Growth Triangle (IMT-GT).
