Pelindo Regional 2 Panjang implements PTOS-M digital system

PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 2 Panjang is advancing its digital transformation through the implementation of the Pelindo Terminal Operating System Multipurpose (PTOS-M). The company recently held socialization sessions for service users to ensure a smooth transition to this digital system.

PTOS-M is an application system that has been in use since 2024 across all Pelindo Multipurpose (PMT) work areas in Indonesia. The initiative aims to modernize port services, improve service quality, and provide a more integrated digital mechanism for users to adapt to modern port operations.
