Pelindo Regional 4 initiates corporate transformation and streamlining in Makassar

PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 4 is implementing strategic initiatives in Makassar to support the broader Pelindo Group transformation. The company is focusing on corporate role mapping and streamlining to create a more effective, agile, and responsive organization capable of meeting industry and logistics demands.

To facilitate this, the company held two key engagement sessions on September 22, 2026. The ‘Breakfast With Leader’ program was designed to strengthen internal communication and employee engagement, providing a platform for staff to discuss organizational changes directly with management.

Simultaneously, a ‘Sharing with Stakeholder’ forum was conducted to align with government agencies, law enforcement, associations, and service users. Executive Director 4 of Pelindo Regional 4, Abdul Azis, stated that these efforts aim to build a shared understanding of the company's direction and ensure that the transformation creates added value for the national economy, aligning with the Danantara Indonesia agenda for state-owned enterprises.
