Peller and Jarvis wedding assets face legal dispute and fashion acclaim

Content creators Peller (Habeeb Hamzat Adelaja) and Jarvis (Amadou Elizabeth Aminata) are facing legal complications regarding a ₦400 million mansion gifted to them during their wedding celebrations. The property, located in the Life Camp area of Abuja, is currently the subject of a land dispute before the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory.

Urban Paradise Estate alleges that the land was entered by Paul-B Homes Limited without consent, claiming the property falls within an area subject to unresolved ownership claims involving Yakoson Ventures and Urban Paradise Estate. The mansion, identified as Palace 7, was presented to the couple by real estate entrepreneur King Mohamed Adah (King Ochacho) on August 1, 2026.

Separately, the couple's wedding in Lagos on August 8, 2026, drew significant attention for Jarvis’s avant-garde bridal gown. Designed in collaboration with stylists including Veekee James, the gown featured intricate craftsmanship, including a heavy-duty internal corset, hand-cut glass, and crystal embroidery, blending high fashion with her digital persona.
