Pellican-Valley announces 20% discount in Ogun State

Pellican-Valley Nigeria Ltd has announced a 20% anniversary discount to celebrate 12 years of operation in the Nigerian real estate sector. The promotion, which marks a period of zero litigation for the firm, offers 12 prime plots of land between September 11, 2026, and October 11, 2026.

The sale specifically targets Nigerian diaspora investors, featuring premium plots at the Pelican Brief Estate in Kobape, Abeokuta. As part of the offer, a 450-square-meter plot originally valued at ₦17.5 million is being offered for ₦14 million.

The estate is described as a fully developed area with a government-approved layout, featuring infrastructure such as connection to the 33kva national grid trunkline and security measures including CCTV. The development is located near the Ogun State Governor’s Office and the Ogun State Airport in Ilishan Remo.
