Peloponnese 360 initiative enters second phase for regional development

The Peloponnese region has launched the second phase of the ‘Peloponnese 360’ initiative, a participatory planning project aimed at shaping future development priorities. Following a series of reporting events across five regional units, the process has moved from reviewing past works to designing future strategies.

The initiative began its new phase with a meeting of mayors and the General Assembly of the Regional Union of Municipalities of Peloponnese in Mystras. The project seeks to collect ideas, proposals, and needs from all corners of the region to create a cohesive development plan.

Regional Governor Dimitris Ptochos stated that the dialogue will expand to include local government, productive and social sectors, community groups, and citizens of various ages. The goal is to identify both shared challenges and the specific needs of each area to ensure that the resulting development plan is focused on practical implementation.
