Penedo Music Festival to feature João Bosco and Antônio Nóbrega

The 18th edition of the Penedo Music Festival (Femupe) is scheduled to take place in the historic city of Penedo, Alagoas, from October 22 to 24. The event aims to bridge the gap between popular culture and classical music.

Featured performers include Brazilian artists João Bosco and Antônio Nóbrega, as well as the Iberian Ensemble from Portugal. The festival will also host traditional folk groups such as Boi Garantido from Amazonas and local Alagoan groups. The program consists of concerts, recitals, workshops, and scientific meetings, with several activities offered free of charge to the public.
