Peninsula arts community releases fall event guide

The Peninsula arts community has released a week-by-week guide for fall events running through Thanksgiving. Highlights include blues-rock singer-songwriter Samantha Fish performing her ‘Paper Doll’ tour at The Guild Theatre in Menlo Park on September 27, with opening act Zac Schulze Gang.

Literary events for the week of September 11-17 include a discussion of Casey Gerald’s ‘The Great Refusal: A New Vision of Resistance’ at Kepler’s Books on September 17, and a book launch for ‘The Baby-Sitters Club Super Special: Baby-Sitters On Board’ featuring Raina Telgemeier and Gale Galligan at Spangenberg Theater in Palo Alto on September 13.
