Penn State defeats Buffalo 55-13 to end nonconference schedule

Penn State concluded its nonconference football schedule with a 55-13 victory over Buffalo. The win allowed the team to rotate depth players, including four quarterbacks, with Rocco Becht leading the snaps.

During the game, minor injuries to tight end Andrew Rappleyea and center Brock Riker increased playing time for other roster members. The team's offensive performance was highlighted by a functional run game and a defense that limited Buffalo to 60 passing yards.

Wide receivers Chase Sowell, Brett Eskildsen, and Koby Howard continued to serve as the primary targets, while Gabe Burkle saw increased involvement at tight end following his return from injury.
