Penn State receiver Koby Howard remains questionable for Purdue game

Penn State wide receiver Koby Howard's status for the upcoming game against Purdue remains uncertain. Head coach Matt Campbell stated during a weekly press conference that Howard is progressing positively and was present on the practice field, but he remains questionable for the Saturday matchup.

Howard has been a significant part of the Penn State offense, recording 12 receptions for 344 yards and two touchdowns in the first three games of the season before suffering an injury against Buffalo on September 19. His absence has coincided with a period where the team has struggled to secure wins.

In addition to the update on Howard, coach Campbell confirmed that receiver Brett Eskildsen will be ready to play following recent physical setbacks.
