Maryland field hockey maintains undefeated streak with win over Ohio State

No. 1 Maryland field hockey extended its winning streak to 14 games with a 4-0 victory over Ohio State. The Terps dominated the match, scoring early via a penalty corner from Francisca Eschoyez and adding a second goal from Babs van Hest in the second quarter. Goalkeeper Alyssa Klebasko secured a shutout, recording her seventh of the season.

In other collegiate sports action, the Penn State women's field hockey team defeated No. 18 Michigan 2-1, while the Penn State field hockey team also secured a 4-3 penalty shootout victory against Ohio State.

In men's ice hockey, the No. 20 Minnesota Golden Gophers earned a shootout victory over No. 9 UMD following a 2-2 regulation tie, highlighted by two goals from Brodie Ziemer. Meanwhile, No. 5 Penn State women's ice hockey defeated Lindenwood 5-4.
