Pennsylvania 'All Money Counts' Identity Theft Ring Charged
Six men have been charged in Pennsylvania for operating an organized identity theft and fraud scheme known as "All Money Counts." The group, which began as a musical venture, allegedly turned to criminal activity under the leadership of 30‑year‑old Brandon J. Greisser. Prosecutors say the ring stole personal and financial information from more than 40 victims, resulting in over $70,000 in attempted or completed thefts.
Attorney General Dave Sunday identified the suspects as Brandon Greisser, Zachery Michael Pratt, Erik P. Simmons, Liam Kuchman and Andrew C. Fisher, with a sixth participant still at large. The operation used two residences as headquarters – a home on the 4300 block of Cloud Street in Frankford and another on the 5000 block of Wissahickon Avenue in Germantown. Authorities urge anyone who notices suspicious activity on their accounts to contact police.
